The book looks beyond the tendency to blame individuals, and picks up on many of the systemic issues that sit below the surface.

I particularly liked the case studies and the chapter 10 on the common causes of project failure.

The shortish nature of each section meant that it was easy to read and absorb the ideas being put forward. It is therefore a practical and relevant learning tool.”
